It is 380mb. too big 10sec animation

Sorry! I could not upload my file . The file is 164 mb for 5sec. The limit is 80mb. Pls suggest what to do.

Now trying to upload 2 sec animation. File format .avi. Let me what happens.

Now I am trying to converting the avi format into mp4.
